The process of downloading your SSL Certificate is done using the Plesk control panel:

Log into Plesk, using the login information in your account at [Hosting > Connection Information].
Within Plesk, under Additional Tools, click SSL Certificates.
If you need to download the entire SSL Certificate (including all certificate components):
1. Locate your SSL Certificate.
2. Click the blue floppy disk icon in the far right column.
3. Save the file to your computer
If you need to locate specific components of the SSL Certificate:
1. Locate and select your SSL Certificate to open it in the editor.
2. Here, towards the bottom of the page, are the CSR, Private Key, Certificate and CA Certificate if needed.
