I have had customers report that they aren't able to finish submitting their order when using PayPal Standard. They are receiving this error when they attempt to finish checking out on PayPal's website:
"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."
It is inconsistent; it happens with some cards, but not all. Please help.
