  Fixed an issue in which could allow an order to have an ineligible shipping fee associated with it. (This could happen when the customer edited the contents of their basket after selecting a ship method during the checkout process. The previously selected shipping method would not always be cleared even after the customer had changed their order in such a way that the previously selected shipping method was no longer available.)

  Fixed an issue which could cause an order's shipping fees to be doubled in certain rare circumstances.
