  Fixed a display issue that could have prevented the last four digits of the credit card associated with an account from being displayed properly on the page at [Admin > Manage Modular Merchant Account].

• Earning commissions on existing customers
  Fixed an issue in which certain combinations of Affiliate module and product settings could cause Affiliate module setting #6, "Earn commissions on existing customers?" to incorrectly be enforced when it shouldn't have been. The result was that an affiliate wouldn't earn a commission when they should have in some situations.

• Customer Fields
  Fixed an issue in which a customer's previously completed Customer Fields would be deleted the next time the customer placed an order in the storefront if those Customer Fields were no longer present on the checkout page.
