  If a subscription daisy-chains back and forth between multiple products, and the first product requires shipping and the second product is shipping exempt, then shipping fees will not be applied to the products in the daisy-chain that are shipping exempt. When the subscription goes back to the shipped product, the shipping method will return.
• Subscription Products Module
  If the shipping method assigned to a subscription is inactive, the shipping fees will now still be calculated. (Previously, the shipping fees would have been excluded if the subscription's shipping method was inactive.)
• Subscription Products Module
  Added a new subscription option, "Override gateway for $0.00 orders?" which will allow $0.00 subscriptions to switch to the "cash" gateway when they are processed. The "cash" gateway will be applied to just that particular order that is placed, and will be the gateway listed in the Order Editor as well. The gateway applied to the subscription in the Subscription Queue will remain unchanged.
• Subscription Products Module
  Added a new subscription option to the Subscription Products module, "Skip receipt for $0.00 orders?" which will allow prevent the customer receipt from being sent when processing subscriptions with a $0.00 grand total. Admins will still receive Order Notification emails.

  Fixed a typo in the message that's displayed in the storefront when a customer attempts to redeem more than the allowed maximum of Reward Points.
