Creating a Modular Merchant Knowledge Base user account is easy.
Follow these steps to create a user account and log in:

1. A Knowledge Base user account is automatically created when you purchase version 4 of the Modular Merchant shopping cart software.
2. After starting a Modular Merchant shopping cart account, log in to your Modular Merchant version 4 shopping cart's administration area.
   (Only clients running version 4 of the Modular Merchant shopping cart have user accounts for this knowledge base.)
3. From within the shopping cart's administration area, click on the (red book) icon. This will open the knowledge base in a new browser window and automatically log you in.
4. That's it!
