Search Support Tickets

Support Tickets are the preferred method of contact with the Modular Merchant Support Team for questions, bug reports, projects, feature requests or any other need.  The Search Support Tickets page displays the support tickets that are currently present in the administration area.  By default, support tickets are displayed by the Ticket ID.  A different method of sorting can be selected by clicking the up and down arrows in the heading of each column.
Search Support Tickets
Either search for all Support Tickets or select Search for Support Tickets that match rules below to refine the search.
Search Results
Indicates a Question support ticket.
Indicates a Project support ticket.
Indicates a Bug Report support ticket.
Indicates a Feature Request support ticket.

Ticket ID
The Ticket ID is a unique number that identifies the support ticket to the system.  This number is set by the software and cannot be changed.

Ticket Title
The title of the support ticket.

Latest Post
Click the  icon to display a quick view of the most recent update to the support ticket.

Updated By
Displays the person that most recently updated the support ticket, as well as the date and time.

A support ticket can either be Open or Closed.  Closed support tickets indicate to the Modular Merchant tech support team that the ticket is no longer active and no further updates will be made to it.

Click the  edit icon to go to the Support Ticket Editor.
