Contact Numbers

The Contact Numbers page lists the available phone numbers for contacting Modular Merchant support, as well as links to the support ticket system, online knowledge base, and email.

Tech Support by Phone
This section lists the phone numbers that are available for contacting Modular Merchant tech support.  Modular Merchant's general support phone line is available Mon - Fri 9:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time.

Emergency Server Hotline
In the event of a server emergency, there is a phone number available that is monitored 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  It is intended for server-related emergencies only that prevent your online store from processing transactions.  Any non-server-emergency calls made to this number will be charged $75/half-hour, with a half-hour minimum.
