  Made several updates to the system that communicates with USPS so that more international USPS shipping rates are returned to the store.

  Fixed an issue in which Reward Points would not be deducted from a customer's account in certain situations if an off-site payment gateway (such as PayPal Payments Standard) was used to place the order.
• QuickCode Tags
• New QuickCode Tags
  Added several new QuickCode Tags: {TEMPLATE-ENVIRONMENT}, {CAROUSEL-BOOTSTRAP}, {IF-VENDORS-BEGIN}, {IF-VENDORS-END}, {IF-CATEGORIES-BEGIN} and {IF-CATEGORIES-END}.
• Updated QuickCode Tags
  Several QuickCode Tags have been updated to either improve performance or add new functionality:
  
  {CATEGORY-BLOCK-BEGIN}
  Now sets a variable to record the most recent root category (a category with no parent categories). This can be used to add special effects to category lists in a storefront.
  
  {INCREMENT-RESULT} and {PAGINATION-BULLETED-LIST}
  Added new functionality that's needed to make templates that are compatible with the "Bootstrap" responsive webpage framework.
  
  {PRODUCT-IMAGE-URL}
  This QuickCode Tag can now be used between the {RECENTLY-VIEWED-PRODUCT-BLOCK-BEGIN} and {RECENTLY-VIEWED-PRODUCT-BLOCK-END} tags.
• VENDORS tags
  The {IF-VENDORS-BEGIN}, {IF-VENDORS-END}, {VENDOR-BLOCK-BEGIN},  and {VENDOR-BLOCK-END} QuickCode Tags have been updated so they can be used in many more locations in store templates. (For example, these tags can be now be used with the Featured Products on the storefront's home page to display a list of all of the vendors associated with each of the listed products.)

• Custom Webpages
  Fixed an issue that could prevent the universal template from being applied to a custom webpage if the custom webpage didn't include either the {ERRORS} or {MESSAGES} QuickCode Tags, and a storefront message was generated, and the storefront was closed.
• Test Mode Message
  If an activated account is open for business but still in "Test Mode", then a warning message indicating this will be displayed at the top of each storefront page. (Credit cards aren't charged while a store is in Test Mode.)
