- Shipping Agents
Made some small improvement to the tools that are available to tech support for troubleshooting the integrations with third-party shipping agents, such as FedEx and UPS. - Administration Area
- Search Subscriptions
The Search Subscriptions page will no longer display an error message when searching by the contents of a Customer Field. - State Menus
Fixed an issue that could prevent the user from being able to select a state in some of the menus in the Administration Area when using the Chrome or Internet Explorer web browsers. - Account Management
Updates to the account management page at [Admin > Manage Modular Merchant Account > Billing Information] will now create a Support Ticket to record the submitted changes to the account's subscription. - Hosting Checklist
Updates to the Hosting Checklist will now create a Support Ticket to record the information submitted in the checklist. - Search Product Groups
The Search Product Groups page now has tools for filtering the list of Product Groups displayed on the page. - Customer Groups
- Search Customers
Fixed an issue in which it was not possible to search for non-US customers by state/province ISO code. (Previously, those searches would return no results.) - Digital Delivery
- Scan File Server & Add a Series of Digital Objects
When creating new Digital Objects from a scan of a File Storage Area, the newly created Digital Objects will now retain the proper Shelf Life value. (Previously, if the module's Shelf Life setting was set to "never expires", the Digital Objects that were created by the scan would still be given an expiration date.) - Modules

Fixed an issue on the page at [Modules > Affiliate Marketing > Search Affiliates] that could cause the values of the Amount Paid and Current Balance columns to be incorrect. (Previously, these values were being multiplied by the number of Tracking ID numbers assigned to the affiliate in some situations.) - Subscriptions vs Reward Points
Reward Points will now be credited to customer accounts when eligible subscriptions are processed. (Previously, any earned Reward Points would go uncredited when a subscription was processed.) - QuickCode Tags
- Twitter QuickCode Tags
Added support for {TWITTER-FOLLOW-BUTTON} and {TWITTER-TWEET-BUTTON} QuickCode Tags, which can be used in various store templates to add a Twitter Follow button or a Twitter Tweet button, respectively. - Storefront
- Customer Account Creation
By default, the storefront creates an account for a customer when an email address is submitted in a form. (See Introduction to Customer Accounts for details.) However, this is causing confusion when used in conjunction with Coupon Codes and Reward Points.
For example, if a customer entered an email address on the checkout page, but then submitted a Coupon Code before completing their order, then the customer's account would be created when the checkout page was reloaded to apply the coupon discount, instead of being created later, when the order was eventually placed.
This behavior has been changed. Now, submitting Coupon Codes and/or Reward Points will prevent a customer account from being created at that moment, even if an email address is also submitted. In this scenario, their customer account will be created later, when their order is actually processed, as intended. - Basket Itemization
Fixed an issue in which multiple quantities of a product that has a discounted price would not be combined, but instead would have each unit listed separately in the basket. Now, multiple quantities of the same product will be listed once in the basket with the appropriate quantity value. - Shipping Discounts
Fixed an issue in which events that discount a shipping method wouldn't affect a shipping method that had already been selected in a previous step of the checkout process. Now, all the applicable shipping methods will be discounted by the event, if an already-selected shipping method that is applied to the basket. - "Email in use" error message
Added more information to the message that's displayed in the storefront if a new customer tries to use an email address that's already associated with a customer account. The message now states: "The email address xxxxx@xxxxx.com is already associated with a customer account. If this is your email address, you have already created an account with a password. To continue with this email address, first log in using your email address and password. You can also retrieve your password if you have forgotten it." (The underlined text areas are links to those respective store pages.) - Subscriptions
- Retain Affiliate Tracking TIDs
When a subscription is processed, any Affiliate Tracking ID (TID) number associated with it will now correctly be removed if the Retain Tracking ID option is deselected. - Retain Coupon Codes
When a subscription is processed, any coupon codes associated with it will now correctly be removed if the Retain Coupon Codes option is deselected. - Universal Template
- Twitter Buttons
Added the {TWITTER-FOLLOW-BUTTON} and {TWITTER-TWEET-BUTTON} to the Universal versions of the templates for the following pages: Affiliate Registration, Category, Events, Featured Products, Product, Storefront and Vendor.
