  Fixed an issue in which a product's additional shipping markup value could be applied to an order's shipping fees multiple times when using the Place an Order tool to record a transaction.
• Shipping Fees
  Fixed an issue in which the manual override of the shipping fee values in the Place an Order tool would not be retained if the products being purchased had Zone Fees or their own shipping markup rules assigned to them. (The intended behavior is that the shipping fee entered in the Place an Order tool will override any other adjustments to the shipping fees. What the admin enters as the shipping fees is what should be applied to the order.)

  Fixed an issue that could cause the value of a product's Zone Fees to be multiplied in the storefront if that product had more than one active Zone Fee assigned to it.

  Fixed an issue in which Zone Fees would not be applied to the shipping rates for brand new customers in some situations.
