A zone fee is a rule that is applied automatically during the checkout process to qualifying purchases, based on the shipping destination. A zone fee might be used to set up an additional charge to be applied to a product, when the product will be shipped to a certain geographic area. The geographic area may be specified by zip code, state, country, or any combination of those.

The calculated zone fee will be added into the order's shipping fee. If the order's shipping fee is reduced by an event, the zone fee will also be reduced by that event.
